Employer Partnership Program

• Our Employer Partnership Program (“EPP”) provides discounted rates for organizations that want to either purchase or subsidize VBC sessions for their employees. For EPP partners, we also provide a company-specific Coupon Code that employees can use to self-pay (at the EPP discounted rates) for extra sessions beyond what is covered by their Employer.

• Our program is available to all companies/organizations regardless of industry, size, or number of employees, and we service global organizations with employees in any time zone across the globe (currently all sessions are conducted in English). We understand that each partner is different, so we cater to our partners’ budgets and timeframes.

• We do not require minimum commitments or contracts, and our service is extremely easy to implement without the need for employee registries, enrollment, subscription, or membership.

• As most employees and HR departments are too busy to fill out survey forms, VBC’s simple implementation is designed to generate, assess, and track employee participation and feedback. Your organization only pays for or subsidizes actual employee participation. We provide regular participation reports and reviews. Most of our reviews are from employees of EPP partners, and we provide our clients with all reviews received by their employees.
